We bring together engineers from infrastructure owners, contractors, consultancies and universities who share an interest in the railway’s civil assets.
Who we are
The Railway Civil Engineers Association is run by volunteers elected from the membership. Our programme — evening meetings, site visits, international study tours and the Parliamentary Reception — is shaped by what members want to see and learn.
We work alongside the professional institutions rather than replacing them: many members also belong to ICE, PWI or IStructE, and our events count towards their CPD.
