Who is eligible
Student / ApprenticeEnrolled on a civil engineering course or a relevant apprenticeship. Evidence: student ID or employer letter.
Young ProfessionalWorking in or around railway civil engineering, aged under 30 or within 10 years of graduating or completing an apprenticeship.
MemberWorking in or around railway civil engineering, or in a closely related field such as geotechnics or asset management.
RetiredPreviously a member, or retired after a career in railway civil engineering.
Paying and renewing
Fees are due on approval and then every year on 31 March. Pay by card or Direct Debit, or ask for an invoice for your employer.
When you finish your studies or apprenticeship we move you to Young Professional automatically, and Young Professionals move to Member after ten years. We always email you first.
