Who we are
The Railway Civil Engineers Association is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Registered details to be confirmed.
What we collect
When you apply for membership: your name, contact details, employer, role and the statement you provide. When you book events: your attendance and any access needs you tell us about.
How we use it
To process your application, manage your membership, run events, record CPD and send you the communications you choose. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Membership records for six years after membership ends. Unsuccessful applications for twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Change your email preferences from your account, or contact us.
